Meridon Warden received her degree in education from Abilene Christian University and has substituted in most of the Bryan/ College Station schools. She obtained her real estate license in 1975 and has loved working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. She and her husband Dan, have lived in Brazos County since 1967 and have watched this county grow from 5,000 to over 211,000 residents. Dan is also a licensed realtor and is a valuable asset as a team member.
Meridon has always been involved in the community and is very active with the A&M Church of Christ. Meridon and Dan love being with family and are very enthusiastically involved with their children and grandchildren. She enjoys much repeat business not only with returning clients, but some of their children as well. She is one who puts her heart and her years of experience to work for everyone she meets. Her wish is that all who move here will have the wonderful life experiences that she and her family have enjoyed while living here in Brazos County.
